趙憶憫（Min）是一位插畫設計師、動畫師與圖文創作者。 她的創作以童趣與符號化的語彙為核心，擅長透過可愛而詩意的圖像語言轉譯地方文化與生活故事，並以滿版、細膩且具節奏感的構圖風格，呈現多層次的視覺敘事。
作品橫跨插畫設計、動畫影像與科技藝術，善於在視覺中建立情感連結與故事氛圍。她經常與公部門及文化單位合作，曾承接基隆市政府、嘉義縣政府、台中市政府等多項專案，從地方特色視覺設計到展覽主視覺規劃，皆展現獨特的敘事與美學語彙。
以跨領域的學術與實踐背景為基礎，她持續探索設計、藝術與環境之間的對話，並關注影像敘事在公共藝術與文化創意中的應用。
Min is an illustrator, animator, and visual storyteller. Her works are rooted in a childlike sense of wonder, transforming cultural symbols and everyday moments into poetic and playful visual narratives. With her signature full-frame, detail-rich compositions, Min creates vibrant imagery that blends storytelling with emotion and rhythm.
Her creative practice spans illustration, animation, and spatial art, often exploring the relationship between design, culture, and environment. She has collaborated extensively with public sectors and cultural organizations, including the Keelung City Government, Chiayi County Government, and Taichung City Government, contributing to projects ranging from local identity design to exhibition key visuals.
Grounded in a cross-disciplinary background in landscape design and applied arts, Min continues to explore how visual storytelling can connect people to place, culture, and imagination.
